Sarah Ferguson, the former wife of Prince Andrew, paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Recently Sarah appeared in an interview with international media. During the interview Sarah opened up their relationship with late Queen Elizabeth II .
Reflecting on their bond with the Queen, she told, “She never let me down, even if I let her down. Even in my darkest moments, she stood by me.”
Sarah revealed that she was very close to the Elizabeth and till now endured a special feeling for her.
“The Queen and I always got along so well. My mother was one of her close friends, so she knew me from childhood and truly cared for me. In many ways, she was more of a mother to me than my own. I called her ‘Mumma.’ She never wavered in her support.” Sarah shared.
Additional to this Sarah disclosed that although she was very close to Queen, but she always confused while meeting her. “I would still get nervous seeing her, even towards the end, because she was the Queen of England,”
Sarah also expressed her desire to support King Charles III and Queen Camilla. She said, “I want to do as much as I can for the Queen. I wish they’d involve me more.”
