Pakistan has approved the development of 20 new trade posts in China to enhance economic links and encourage investment, with the assistance of the State Investment Facilitation Center (SIFC).
In an effort to increase exports and draw in international investment, the Ministry of Commerce has set aside 5.5 billion Pakistani rupees for trade missions this year.
The Economic Coordination Committee has also authorized a grant of 226.7 million rupees to encourage foreign investment. By $2.56 billion in exports, China continues to be Pakistan’s biggest commercial partner.
The establishment of these new roles is viewed as a calculated move to improve the two nations’ bilateral commercial ties.
It is anticipated that the partnership with SIFC would facilitate the procedure and increase the efficiency of trade and investment programs with China.
