Pak v Aus: Pakistan won the toss in third T20I against Australia and choose to bat first at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart.
The outcome of this match won’t affect series as Australia has already claimed the trophy with 2-0.
All-rounder Salman Ali Agha, who was selected the team’s vice-captain, will lead the green-clad men in the last match in Rizwan’s absence, while Pakistan’s top bowler Naseem Shah will be replaced by Haseebullah and Jahandad Khan.
After Australia crushed Pakistan in the second Twenty20 International and secured an insurmountable 2-0 lead in a three-match series at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday, the squad made some significant changes.
Australia chose to stick with the same team that won the rain-affected first Twenty20 International against Pakistan in Brisbane. Sufiyan Muqeem, a left-arm wrist-spinner, took Haseebullah Khan’s spot for Pakistan.
It is important to note that the Greenshirts won their first series in Australia since 2002 after crushing Australia in the third and final ODI.
Australia hopes to maintain its dominance, while Pakistan will want to build on their recent ODI success in what promises to be an exciting encounter.
