Renowned actress Madiha Imam has advised youngsters to avoid marrying someone living abroad.
Madiha is a young talent in Pakistani entertainment industry. She has been a part of many hit projects of media industry. Madiha married Moji Basar, an Indian from Arunachal Pradesh, in May 2023.
Recently Madiha appeared in an interview of a podcast show. During the interview Madiha talked about her career, marriage, and personal life.
Talking about her married life Madiha said that it was God’s plan that brought her to Arunachal Pradesh.
“Fate brought us together, but now that I’ve experienced it, I suggest my friends avoid marrying abroad”, Madiha told.
Madiha said that a person has to face many difficulties after marrying an overseas. “Marrying someone who lives overseas isn’t easy. Disagreements that could be resolved face-to-face within minutes can drag on for weeks when addressed over the phone, which is quite challenging” she explained.
She further said that it is a general perception that distance strengthens love , but she has a different opinion about it. “Distances leads to more friction between partners rather than true connection”, she revealed.
At the end of this candid interview Madiha mentioned that she and her husband aim to manage their relationship very wisely. “We make sure to reduce conflicts, so that we may focus on our work”, Madiha told.
It is pertinent to note that Madiha Imam was criticized to marry with an individual having different nationality and religion.
