The Punjab government has extended the ban on visits to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Imran Khan at Adiala Jail.
Government have implemented this ban for ongoing security concerns.
Officials have confirmed that this restriction will be applied to both political prisoners and ordinary inmates.
Earlier Punjab government has banned visitors to meet Khan on October 4. This restriction lasted on October 18. However, on October 18, the government announced that the restriction would be extended for an additional two days.
Punjab Officials have claimed that this restriction is made to avoid any security issues. Officials announced that they are closely monitoring the situation.
As per restriction Khan will not be allowed to meet family members, friends, and legal representatives.
