Islamabad High Court (IHC) has removed the name of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member of the National Assembly, Zartaj Gul from the Passport Control List (PCL).
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the petition of this case. Advocate Osama Tariq represented Zartaj Gul, and the Immigration and Passport Department submitted an official report confirming her removal from the list.
According to the report, Zartaj Gul will face no restrictions on traveling abroad and is eligible to obtain a new passport.
Following, the submitted report, the Islamabad High Court officially dismissed the petition and removed her name from PCL.
Following a case in Dera Ghazi Khan initiated at the request of the Punjab Interior Ministry, she pursued legal action to have her name removed.
