A terrorist attack occurred in Tank resulted in deaths of two policemen while three sustained injuries, on Thursday.
Officials stated that terrorists were escaped after committing the crime.
“Terrorists attacked the police van when it was on patrol. When the van reached Pathankot, unidentified persons targeted the van”, reports say.
According to an official report, local police shifted the martyrs and injured to District Headquarters Hospital in Tank.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi took the notice of the incident. He said that our forces will not let this incident go.
Naqvi strictly condemned this terror attack. He paid tribute to the martyrs. Naqvi said that the whole nation is obliged of these martyrs.
Naqvi expressed his sympathy to the families of the martyred police officers and prayed for the recovery of the injured.
Minister also appreciated the sincere efforts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police to eradicate terrorism from the territory.
