In a recent episode of a private television show, Pakistani TikToker Shah Taj made headlines by disclosing that she had proposed to renowned cricketer Shadab Khan.
During her conversation with host Mathira, Shah Taj shared that Shadab had been her crush for years, and she felt heartbroken when news of his marriage emerged.
She recounted their phone conversations and claimed to have formally asked him for his hand in marriage, saying, “No one else can say they proposed to him like I did.” After learning about his wedding, she humorously exclaimed, “Damn it! You got married.”
Shah Taj expressed her disappointment over Shadab’s marriage, stating, “I was really sad to hear about his wedding. I made my proposal in a very serious manner, which no one else can boast about.”
Additionally, she revealed that their chats would often take place in “vanish mode” on messaging platforms.
While she had previously admired Shadab Khan, her sentiments shifted after he married the daughter of former cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq.
In a video she shared online, Shah Taj voiced her frustration about Shadab marrying someone who wears a hijab, leading to considerable backlash on social media.
