Her iconic tracks, including the smash hits “Disco Deewane” and “Aap Jaisa Koi,” which were created in collaboration with British-Indian composer Biddu, continue to resonate with audiences.

At just 15 years old, she made history as the first Pakistani artist to win the Indian Filmfare Award in 1980.
Nazia married Karachi-based businessman Mirza Ishtiaq Baig on March 30, 1995.
Tragically, Nazia Hassan lost her battle with cancer and passed away at 35 in London on August 13, 2000.
