Islamabad United beat Multan Sultans to become the champion of the ninth season of Pakistan Super League (PSL 2024) at the iconic National Stadium Karachi on Monday night.
This is the third time Islamabad United have won the trophy in nine seasons.
The much-awaited showdown started at 9 PM.

HBL PSL9 began on February 17, 2024 at the PCBβs headquarters in Lahore. The grand sports event was played in four cities β Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi β with the final of the six-team tournament taking place at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on 18 March.
Over the course of the 34-match T20 tournament, Karachi hosted 11 matches, including the Qualifier, two Eliminators and the final. Lahoreβs Gaddafi Stadium and Rawalpindiβs Pindi Cricket Stadium each hosted nine matches, while fans in Multan, the city of saints, witnessed five matches in PSL9.
