LAHORE: Chief of the Army Staff, General Asim Munir, conducted a significant visit to Balochistan’s Awaran district on Friday, underscoring the intrinsic connection between Pakistan’s success and the prosperity of Balochistan. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) released a statement quoting the army chief, emphasizing, “the success of Balochistan is the success of Pakistan.”
The visit included the inauguration of Cadet College Awaran, where General Munir interacted with faculty members and students, expressing appreciation for the establishment of another cadet college in the region.

Highlighting the significance of agriculture, General Asim Munir emphasized the army’s commitment to the Green Pakistan Initiative (GPI). He pledged support to farmers, ensuring they receive agricultural facilities, easy loans, seeds, fertilizers, solar tube wells, and guidance from agriculture experts.
The army chief, who was received by Corps Commander Balochistan upon arrival in Awaran, reiterated the military’s dedication to development and relief activities in collaboration with civil authorities.
